Treating Opioid Use Disorder
Foundations Health’s opioid treatment program fosters a culture of healing and community in which individuals feel empowered to seek a new healthy lifestyle.
Our Opioid Treatment Program includes daily dispensing of medication and uses evidence-based approaches to teach effective coping skills that will help patients lead a healthy lifestyle.
Admission to the outpatient treatment program is based on presenting symptoms, willingness to follow program requirements and an apparent need for treatment.
After an assessment, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs. Every person is unique, and we work with you to assess and determine the best treatment options for you.
